                                    website. Users must read and agree to these conditions before making a purchase.
                                    
                                        Submission of an order indicates the user has read and understands the terms

                                    General
                                
                                    All transactions made on this website will be fulfilled through Performance Outdoor
                                    Products to include shipping and invoicing. Any questions pertaining to orders should
                                    be made via our Contact Us form.
                                
                                
                                
                                    Pricing
                                
                                    Prices on the website will be in effect at time of order, excluding errors or omissions.
                                    All prices are subject to change without notice.
                              
                                
                                    Sales Tax
                                
                                    North Carolina residents are subject to all applicable sales tax.
                              
                                
                                    Warranty
                                
                                    All merchandise is warranted under coverage as provided by the individual manufacturer.
                                    Goods to be returned for warranty consideration must have a Return Merchandise Authorization
                                    (RMA) Number, which can only be issued by EquipKo. Please use
                                    our Contact Us form to obtain an RMA Number. Neither EquipKo
                                    nor the manufacturer may be held responsible for customer's misuse of merchandise.
                              
                                
                                    Warranty Disclaimer
                                
                                    EquipKo disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability
                                    or fitness for a particular purpose. EquipKo shall not be responsible
                                    for any commercial, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of
                                    any products.
                           
                                
                                    OEM References
                                
                                    
                                    References to Original Equipment Manufacturers, their trade names, or their part
                                    numbers may, in some cases, be for identification purposes only. It is not Performance
                                    Outdoor Product's intention, in those cases, to imply that merchandise is of original
                                    manufacture. Stihl aftermarket parts are not affiliated with, approved by, or sponsored
                                    by STIHL Inc.
                                
                                
                                    All orders which arrive in broken or damaged boxes should be noted with the delivery
                                    driver if possible. Contact EquipKo with our Contact Us
                                    form for information about receiving a replacement if your order is lost or damaged.
                               
                                
                                    Content Correctness
                                
                                    The information provided on the EquipKo website is correct to the best
                                    of the knowledge of EquipKo. Part numbers, descriptions, pictures and diagrams are provided
                                    by manufacturers and EquipKo does not guarantee their correctness.
                                    It is the user's responsibility to determine part correctness. Unless otherwise
                                    specified, the 25% restocking fee (see below) will apply to return orders that are
                                    in error due to incorrect part numbers, descriptions, pictures or diagrams on Performance
                                    Outdoor Products.
                                
                                    Unless otherwise specified, parts indicated for RIGHT or LEFT side of machines are
                                    to be taken as from sitting in the driver's seat facing the front of the machine.

                                    Return Policy
                                
                                
                                    All items returned must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number and
                                    a copy of the receipt. RMA Numbers can only be issued by EquipKo.
                                    Please use our Contact Us form to obtain an RMA Number. Parts must be returned
                                    in the same condition as they were received and well-packaged.
                                
                                
                                
                                    Providing it is in new and sellable condition, items may be returned within 30 days
                                    of receipt of order. Customers will be refunded the amount of the part minus a 25%
                                    restocking fee, regardless of other indications that may appear on the packing invoice.
                                    All shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Electrical parts are not
                                    eligible for return, period.
                                
                                
                                    f a mistake is made in an order due to EquipKo error, all shipping
                                    costs will be paid for by EquipKo, and the 25% restocking fee
                                    will not apply. You can return new, unopened items from a order within 2 weeks after
                                    they have been delivered to you. Items should be returned in their original packaging.
                                
                                
                                
                                    Customers will be refunded or credited once EquipKo has received
                                    and processed the return. You can return new, unopened items from a order within

                                    Part Availability
                                
                                
                                    EquipKo does not stock all of the parts listed on the website. Orders with all items in stock
                                    will ship within 1 business day of receipt of order. Items not in stock are ordered
                                    on a weekly basis and will be shipped as they become in stock. Please allow 10 business
                                    days for non-stocked items to arrive from manufacturers. Credit cards are charged
                                    at the time of shipping.
                              
                                
                                    Back-Ordered Items
                                
                                    Items back-ordered by the manufacturer will be shipped as soon as possible. Performance
                                    Outdoor Products has no control over any manufacturer's schedule, and extensively
                                    long orders are due to a shortage at the manufacturer's shipping plants. Orders
                                    are charged at the time of part orders, and if an order is cancelled the credit
                                    will be refunded to the customer with no restocking fee.
                           
                                
                                    Shipping
                                
                                
                                    Fed Ex Ground or UPS is currently the only shipping option. The minimum order amount is $25.00. Fed Ex Ground and UPS are currently the only shipping options. Orders  $25.00 - $299.99 are charged a $15.00 flat fee. Orders $300 and up ship freight prepaid. Engines and large
                                    tires (20” and up) are not eligible for free freight. Please see about us page for freight policy and additional information
                                    on shipping charges. Orders that ship to Hawaii or Alaska are freight collect and
                                    may be subject to additional shipping charges. Customers will be contacted if their
                                    orders require additional shipping charges.
